Salt + Marrow Kitchen, located within Crowne Plaza North Augusta, is seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Busser/Back Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role plays a critical part in supporting overall restaurant operations and ensuring guests receive a clean, organized, and exceptional dining experience.
The Busser/Back Server is responsible for assisting servers and restaurant leadership with maintaining dining room cleanliness, resetting tables, assisting with food delivery, refilling beverages, supporting service flow, and ensuring the restaurant remains operationally prepared throughout service periods. This individual will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for guests while supporting front-of-house operations during high-volume meal periods.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to work collaboratively within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. A commitment to teamwork, guest service, and maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards is essential for success in this role.
