Starting Pay: $15 + Tips
The Busser/Barback role supports the front‑of‑house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and guest‑ready dining environment. This role assists servers, resets tables, restocks supplies, and ensures prompt clearing of dishes to help deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role contributes to smooth restaurant operations through teamwork, attention to detail, and a consistently positive attitude.
Greet guests warmly and maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times.
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow.
Assist servers by delivering water, bread, condiments, and other items as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
Restock silverware, ice, alcohol, glassware, napkins, and other service items throughout the shift.
Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them safely to the dish area.
Support food runners and servers during peak business periods.
Maintain awareness of guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Follow all sanitation, safety, and food‑handling procedures.
Assist with cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and organizing supplies.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all guest interactions.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license (if required by property).
Additional Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly throughout the dining room.
Ability to work in environments with noise, crowds, bright lights, and variable temperatures.
Ability to use stairs, elevators, and escalators as required.
Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
