Join the team at The Grove Kitchen & Bar, the signature outdoor restaurant at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas, where island flavors, tropical surroundings, and genuine hospitality come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. As a Restaurant Busser, you'll play an important role in supporting our service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and positive attitude help ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their meal is complete.

Responsibilities

  • Assist servers with setting and preparing tables according to restaurant standards
  • Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
  • Refill water glasses, bread baskets, condiments, and other dining essentials as needed
  • Assist with delivering food to guests and support servers during peak service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patios, service stations, and surrounding guest areas
  • Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning duties to ensure the restaurant remains presentable throughout the shift
  • Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences
