About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time reliable, energetic Busser (Outpost Support Associate) to join our Little Italy outpost team in San Diego. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable space for our guests. This is a tipped position, with the core schedule consisting of weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things spotless and organized, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth guest flow
• Clean and polish glassware to tasting-room standards
• Support tasting room staff by keeping service areas stocked and organized
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire tasting room, including restrooms
• Restock supplies (glassware, linens, paper goods, non-alcoholic beverages) in prep, storage and restroom areas
• Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, wiping surfaces, and removing trash
• Provide friendly, attentive, and helpful service to guests when needed

Requirements

• Part-Time schedule (approximately 18 hours per week)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry wine cases and up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
