We are looking for high-energy, team-oriented individuals to join our team as Bussers!

Our Bussers play a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience. This position helps keep our dining room clean, organized, and ready for every guest while supporting servers and the rest of the front-of-house team throughout service. From clearing and resetting tables to anticipating what guests and teammates need, our Bussers help keep the restaurant running smoothly.

We are seeking fun, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Full-time or Part-time Bussers!

Working as a Busser at The Haymaker

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized dining, service, and guest areas
• Assist servers throughout service to create a smooth guest experience
• Pre-bus tables and remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized
• Assist with running food and other front-of-house needs when necessary
• Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, and management
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency during high-volume service
• Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Contribute to a strong, team-first culture

• Pay: $12.15/hr plus tipshare
• Experience: Restaurant experience preferred, but none required
