WHAT YOU’LL DO
No two shifts are exactly the same, but here’s the heart of the role:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently so guests and servers never miss a beat
- Keep the dining room looking sharp – clean surfaces, properly set tables, and stocked service stations
- Assist servers and other front-of-house team members with delivering a seamless guest experience
WHO YOU ARE
No prior restaurant experience required – just the right energy. You do need:
- A natural sense of urgency – you notice what needs to be done and you do it without being asked
- A warm-guest-friendly presence and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and moving during a packed dining room
- Strong teamwork instincts – you're the kind of person servers love having on their side

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
On paper, you bring:
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly for extended periods during service
- Comfort lifting and carrying bus tubs, trays, and place settings (up to 25–35 lbs)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
