Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clearing tables of used dishes, utensils, and trash. Efficiently and promptly reset tables by wiping them down and arranging seating.
2. Collaborating with the waitstaff to promptly refill water glasses, replace used utensils, clearing plates between courses, providing condiments, and any additional assistance as required.
3. Responsively and courteously attending to guest requests to ensure their needs are met to enhance their overall dining experience.
4. Maintaining a well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essential items.
5. Establishing effective communication and coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations by working closely with the kitchen and waitstaff.
6. Monitor and upkeep the cleanliness of restrooms, conducting regular checks, cleaning as necessary, and consistently restocking supplies.
7. Assisting with general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience as a bus person or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in organization and effective task prioritization. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by business needs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

No previous experience is required, however, prior knowledge or experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or gaming environment is desirable.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$17.00+ based on experience plus tips
