• Mustbe able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

As abusseryou are expected to perform all required duties whileremainingprofessional, friendly, and focusedonteam members and guests. You willbe responsible forcoordinating individualbussingstationand communicationwith front and back restaurant personnel to provide the best quest service and exceed their expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Cleaning andresettingtables, which may include replenishing condiments and napkins

• Clearing tables, plates, glasses, and utensils after customer’smeal

• Maintaining bussingstation andassistingserversto ensure cleanliness and guestexpectations.

• Meeting allguestneedsduringtheir dining experience and handling their questions and concerns

• Interacting with guests and other Snowbird employees

• Maintaining good safety practices throughout bussing station

• Wearing proper uniform and reporting to work on time

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Great customer service skills, communication, teamwork, and action orientated

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 6+ months of similar work experience (or “experience as a busser is a plus”)

• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification

• Mustbe 18 years of age

• Travel to Snowbird Resort

WORK SCHEDULE

• Schedule is based on business levels, including weekends and holidays

• Must be prepared to stayovernightif necessary, on occasional times of road closures

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands

• Standing and Walking Bussersare required tobe on their feet for extended periods, often moving quickly between tables and other areas of the restaurant.

• Lifting and Carrying Bussersfrequentlylift and carry trays of dishes, glassware, and other items, which can be heavy.

• Bending and Stooping Regularly bending and stooping to clear tables and reset them.

Work Environment

• Fast-Paced Setting The restaurant environment is typically fast-paced, especially during peak hours.

• Noise Levels Expect moderate to high noise levels from kitchen operations, conversations, and background music.

• Temperature Variations Bussers may experience varying temperatures, especially if they need to move between the dining area and the kitchen.

• Flexible Hours Bussers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for restaurants.

• Shift Work Shifts can vary, and bussers may need to work split shifts or extended hours during busy periods.

Customer Interaction

• Limited Direct Interaction While bussers primarily focus on clearing and resetting tables, they may occasionally interact with customers toassistwith immediate needs.

• Personal Protective Equipment Bussers maybe requiredto wear uniforms, aprons, and other protective gear.
