We are now accepting applications for the following position:

BUSSER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Delivers exceptional service consistently.
• Follows service guidelines.
• Cleans, sets and re-sets tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties.
• Serves water, bread and coffee.
• Performs set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area.
• Anticipates and services guest's needs.
• Serves and clears food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
• Familiar with the menus, including preparation, ingredients and description.
• Familiar with the wine list and in wine and beverage service including stemware used.
• Completes opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Carries trays, buses and resets tables with linen, China, glass and silver.
• Stocks linen, China, silver and glassware for service.
• Maintains and retrieves all food items from the kitchen and attractively and safely transports them to an outlet
• Serve any dishes to guests while explaining the contents and preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Hourly Range: US$8.00 - US$9.00+ gratuities
