We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Busser to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests, supporting the service staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Take dishes to dish area
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and floors
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate well with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Have positive interpersonal skills and understand the culture of Urban Egg.
• Works effectively as a team, helping anywhere needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Daytime and weekend availability
