The Busser is responsible for always keeping the eating area clean and presentable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean tables and take dishes, utensils, etc. to the dish pit for washing.
- Set tables as needed.
- Stock assigned area(s) with clean dishes, utensils, etc.
- Retrieve food and supplies as needed by kitchen Team Members.
- Assist dishwasher as necessary.
- Clean up any messes, such as spilled drinks or food promptly.
- Always follow all company procedures and health regulations.
- Must adhere to all casino/gaming policy and procedures, rules, and regulations.
- This position may require cross-training for both the front and back of the house daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required.
- All other departmental duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent guest service skills.
- Must be able to carry out tasks with or without limited supervision.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
- While performing the duties of this job the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand for entire shift, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
- The environment is of high humidity with extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The noise level is low to moderate when in the kitchen.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
