At Banff Caribou Properties (BCP), you'll have the opportunity to work in some of Banff's most unique and exciting dining environments, including Sudden Sally, Good Folk, Chili's Grill & Bar, Pacini and the Meatball Pizza & Pasta.
As a Busser, you play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Our restaurants promote from within. Based on your performance, skills, and available opportunities, this role can lead to serving and bartending positions.
Responsibilities
• Prepare tables and dining areas for incoming guests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Fill water glasses and assist guests as needed.
• Support servers and bartenders during busy service periods.
• Assist with food and beverage delivery when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Jump in wherever needed to help create an outstanding guest experience.
