Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean tables between courses and guest turns
- Ensure water glasses are filled and guest needs are anticipated throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Support timely table setups for reservations and large parties
- Assist with delivering food when needed and communicating guest requests to the appropriate team members

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Busser or Support Server in an upscale-casual environment is preferred
- Understanding of basic service flow and dining room etiquette
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Skills and Qualities:
- Energetic, attentive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized dining room under pressure
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management
- Effective communicator and team player
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
