An island in the southeast of Greece in the Aegean sea Naxos was heralded in ancient times as the isle of Dionysus, the god of wine and celebration. An Elevated traditional style Taverna, featuring contemporary Greek fare from Chef Mark Andelbradt, Naxos Taverna serves approachable Mediterranean seafood-focused cuisine cooked from the soul.

Our bussers are the backbone of our operation. They allow our sales positions to execute while bussers maintain the restaurant environment
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome.
  • Communicate with server to always meet the guests’ needs as quickly as possible.
  • Fill water when necessary.
  • Clear unused plate ware only when the guest is finished.
  • Wipe table between courses without interruption to guest conversation.
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and chairs between seatings.
  • Ensure floors are always without debris and moisture.
  • Relay any information or orders given to you directly to server.
  • Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
  • Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
  • Must have TAM Card up to date.
  • Assist other areas of restaurant when possible.
  • All other duties assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience as a Busser in full service, moderate to high volume restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communicates clearly to co-workers and leadership.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.


Compensation: $12.00 per hour
