Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting with various tasks. This is an entry-level position in the food service industry, offering an opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within the hospitality field.

Duties

• Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to customers
• Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed
• Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff
• Assisting with catering events as needed
• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
