LA CONDESA is hiring a BUSSER

La Condesa is inspired by the culture, energy, and cuisine of Mexico City's namesake bohemian neighborhood, located in the heart of downtown Austin's 2nd Street District. A Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and stock of the dining room and dining room tables.

What you'll do:

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant including counters, tables, floors, shelves,
  storage areas, etc.
• Remove dishes and glassware from tables or counters and bring them to the kitchen for cleaning
• Clean and properly sanitize tables or counters after guests have finished dining
• Reset tables with proper set-up including plates, utensils, linen, etc. as needed
• Clean drink spills, sweep and properly dispose of broken glass
• Polish clean dishes, utensils, and glassware before returning them to their proper place in the dining room
• Assist with table set-up and break-down to accommodate reservations
• Clean and stock washrooms and work areas according to standards
• Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform immediate supervisor and apply corrective measures when necessary
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good, safe working condition
