20th Hole serves as the signature golf lounge and dining venue, delivering a dynamic atmosphere for members and resort guests. This high-visibility outlet blends premium service with energy and social engagement and is a key driver of guest satisfaction and revenue performance.

The Busser - Part Time at the 20th Hole Restaurant is responsible for supporting servers and hosts by maintaining clean and organized tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring that guests enjoy prompt and polished service. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Job Specifications:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – 20th Hole Restaurant Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part Time Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly clear and reset tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining space
  • Assist servers in delivering water, beverages, and food items as needed
  • Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies
  • Support opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment organization
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including floors, windows, and restrooms
  • Assist with guest requests and communicate needs to appropriate team members
  • Ensure all areas comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Availability to work week days, weekends, holidays, and peak service lunch hours
