ResetTableTopsperspecificationsestablishedbymanagementandserviceofguestsappropriatetothemeand experience of the restaurant.
Responsible,Legalalcoholservice,includingcheckingIdentification,correctordersperguestrequests,refusingservice of alcohol to intoxicated guests, etc.

Maintains standards of sanitation, bar and personal hygiene and cleanliness, as well as beverage service techniques and safety all with regard to the safe handling of food & beverage products for guest's consumption.

Communicateonaconsistentbasiswithsupervisorkeepingthemabreastofalldepartment activities.
Ensure that bar and equipment are in good working order and that the work area is clean and hazard-free. Notifysupervisor immediately if bar and equipment are not in good, safe working order.
PossesstheabilitytoworkwithCo-workersandManagementinacasinorestaurantenvironment,involvinghigh volume or gourmet, fast paced production in a friendly and professional manner.
High School Diploma or GED required. 1 (one) year experience in the Food & Beverage Service Industry as a Restaurant Buspersonorsimilarpositionispreferred.Thepositionrequiresfastpacedservice, excellentcustomerserviceskillsand the ability to read, write, speak and understand English, distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols and be involved in daily professional communication with co-workers and guests. The position requires math skills and the ability to multi
