How You 'll Make an Impact

• Understand business needs and turn them into clear system requirements.
• Design smart solutions for Euronet’s clients and suggest improvements to existing systems.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to make sure solutions are practical and high-quality.
• Write clear technical documents and keep management updated with regular reports.
• Identify risks or issues impacting business outcomes and propose effective solutions or necessary adjustments.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology. A post-graduate degree will be considered a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in System Analysis and Design - experience within financial technology, services, or banking is a plus.
• Good understanding of databases and data models.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship.
