If so, this could be your next career step. Novo Nordisk is looking for a Business Unit Senior Manager for the Next-6 countries to join our Near East CIS (NECIS) cluster. The role is based in Uzbekistan, Tashkent.
Your new role
As Business Unit Senior Manager for Next-6, you will lead the business unit, develop the business strategy for Next-6 countries aligned with the global strategy as well as BAMECA and NECIS priorities, manage commercial organisation and overall business performance.
Your new department
Novo Nordisk NECIS is a newly established cluster covering Iraq, Levant (Jordan, Lebanon and Syria), Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Next6 Countries (Georgia, Armenia, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan) reporting to Business Area Middle East and Central Asia (BAMECA). We have offices in Istanbul, Baghdad, Beirut, Amman, Baku and Tashkent and employ around 130 engaged people, all dedicated to supporting our affiliate to outperform the competition.
Your skills & qualifications
As our new Business Unit Senior Manager for Next-6 countries, you need to be result-oriented, able to manage complexity and uncertainty, able to travel abroad. In addition, you need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to take initiative, and function in a dynamic team environment and develop business acumen. Fluency in written/spoken English is mandatory and Russian is a plus.
