Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

  • Drive the Performance Controlling for the SI B Saudi Arabia and ensure high-quality financial transparency, reporting, forecasting, and business steering.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis, performance forecasting, and management reporting to support data-driven business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with different internal departments, and regional management teams to identify growth opportunities, productivity improvements, and profitability enhancement measures.
  • Lead in the country the budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and target-setting processes while ensuring a high degree of forecast accuracy and business ownership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business management, translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Drive productivity initiatives and monitor achievement of productivity, profitability, cash flow, margin, and growth targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and escalate business risks and opportunities while defining mitigation and improvement actions together with management teams.
  • Lead special projects and business transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and financial performance.
  • Lead the digital transformation and automation roadmap of the controlling function by implementing advanced analytics, dashboards, self-service reporting, AI-enabled solutions, and standardized processes that enhance transparency, decision-making quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive data governance, data quality, and process harmonization initiatives while fostering a data-driven culture and promoting innovative automation solutions that increase productivity, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve finance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), governance requirements, and risk management processes.
  • Full Performance Controlling responsibility for the country Saudi Arabia.
  • Primary finance counterpart to Country Management, Regional Management, and Business Leadership Teams.
  • Ownership of forecasting, planning, reporting, productivity, profitability steering, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Responsible for driving controlling automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the assigned organization.
  • The role combines responsibilities of Performance Controller, Finance Business Partner, and Finance Transformation Champion, ensuring sustainable business growth while driving automation, digitalization, and advanced analytics capabilities within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Saudi Arabia finance organization.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Proven track record of 8+ years in Performance Controlling, Execution/Operations, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Business Controlling roles.
  • Thorough understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and profitability steering.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and technologies to improve controlling effectiveness and business insights.
  • Proven experience in implementing digitalization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
  • Experience within project, solutions, services, or technology-driven businesses is considered advantageous.
  • Fluent English required
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • MBA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
