We are looking for an experienced Business Unit Officer who will help drive product and market growth through market research, business development, product portfolio management, and project execution The role will work closely with cross-functional teams and the Business Unit Head in identifying market opportunities and developing initiatives based on customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Analyze market, consumer, competitor, and sales data to identify business and product opportunities.
• 
  Conduct market and product research and recommend new product or portfolio initiatives based on identified market needs.
• 
  Develop and implement strategies to support product growth, market share, revenue, and distribution targets
• 
  Develop business cases for new product and portfolio offerings, considering market potential, cost, resources, and timelines.
• 
  Monitor product and portfolio performance and recommend improvements or appropriate business actions.
• 
  Manage product and project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and market availability.
• 
  Monitor project progress, risks, resources, and timelines and prepare status reports for management and stakeholders.
• 
  Conduct post-launch assessments covering product performance, financial results, marketing initiatives, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related course
• 
  At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
• 
  At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• 
  Experience in Business Development, Project Management, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Market Research, or related functions
• 
  Strong background in using market and research data to support business and product decisions.
• 
  Experience developing business cases and managing projects or product initiatives from planning through implementation.
• 
  Knowledge or experience in the Philippine education sector or learning solutions industry is an advantage.
