Job Purpose:

We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Business Unit Manager to lead our Microsoft business in Hungary. You will own the local strategy, drive profitable growth, and position TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor within the Microsoft ecosystem—partnering with vendors, resellers, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the local IT channel, thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment, and is motivated by building scalable solutions and high-performing teams.

What You'll Do:

• Define and execute the Microsoft Business Unit strategy to grow market share and profitability

• Strengthen relationships with Microsoft and key partners, acting as a strategic interface in the local market

• Drive solution and services growth (including cloud and “as-a-service” models) across the partner ecosystem

• Own the BU P&L, ensuring strong financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and margin optimization

• Identify new business opportunities, vendors, and portfolio extensions to expand market reach

• Enable sales teams to increase share of wallet and win new business

• Build, lead and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on engagement and succession planning

• Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to deliver consistent execution

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in the IT industry, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem (vendor or distributor level)

• Strong understanding of the Hungarian channel landscape and go-to-market dynamics

• Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to P&L and business growth

• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and influence teams

• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

• Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
