The Opportunity:

As a Business Unit Enterprise Architect you will focus on both defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies and standards, as well as developing business application roadmaps and driving towards their implementation.

You will work in a global, multicultural environment, collaborating closely with Business and IT teams to translate business requirements into solution capabilities. This role supports enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and ensures compliant, efficient design and integration of IT solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Define and implement Business Unit enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps for business applications, ensuring alignment with company and Business Unit standards
  • Ensure that all IT applications, solutions, and components fit together from both business and technical perspectives and support the Business Unit's requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit and other Enterprise Architects to drive standardization and adoption of common applications and solutions
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that drive innovation and efficiency
  • Guide IT solution architects and project teams and verify architecture compliance of being onboarded solutions.
  • Maintain the Business Unit applications portfolio, ensuring it remains accurate and up to date.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and experience in relevant IT area.
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant IT domains (Enterprise Architecture, Process Excellence, Solution Architecture etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience working in international and diverse organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Very good understanding of end to end business processes and IT toolset of a manufacturing company, particularly production, quality, engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in IT solution design (functional and technical) and integration technologies.
  • Experience working with SAP and integrations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF) and tools (e.g. LeanIX) is an advantage.
