YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Collaborate with the Leadership team to make key decisions that will significantly impact commercial success of Bacardi in Poland and North-East Europe Cluster.

Play a critical role in taking our great portfolio of brands to the next level by ensuring local brilliant strategies based on astute consumer insights and coaching a diverse team to ensure crisp execution at commercial level.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Deliver results & excellence in execution:

  • Develop the strategic commercial plan across different commercial channels (Modern, Convenience, Distributor Channel), shaping and delivering the customer and channel strategy of the Country to maximize long term value to the company
  • Design the model of direct attention in the market that maximizes the coverage of all commercial channels and the productivity of the resources of the organization
  • Strengthen business relationships with each of the customers of the modern and traditional channel, building and maintaining effective Customer relationships
  • Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget.
  • Set, Get and Keep price increase in line with IAP guidelines
  • Set, implement and sustain an optimal Route-to-Market in your Country and Cost to Serve
  • Provide Country input to S&OP process

Develop talent and capability:

  • Take ownership of Commercial capability development in the Country and drive improvements in results as measured by the Commercial Capability Scorecard
  • Ensure that your teams have the resources and assets needed to deliver desired results
  • Ensure own and direct reports have SMART development plans and actively work to close competence gaps, gain new skills
  • Lead the commercial team with negotiation guidelines and management of the business budget

Innovation:

  • Identify, develop, and make improvements to new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Significant commercial leadership experience, ideally within a leading FMCG company at international level
  • Experience & expertise in Consumer Marketing
  • Knowledge of the industry and different channels in Poland
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment
  • Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial
  • Higher education in Economics / Management / Finance or another relevant field
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Resilience to stress in a dynamically changing market and working environment
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as ability to be hands-on
  • Positive energy, demonstrating ability to work with senior leadership
  • Developed and proven project management expertise, a self-starter featuring the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Multicultural awareness
  • Proficiency in English and Polish language skills is a must
  • Experience in the Spirits or Beverages Industry is a distinct advantage
