The Role:As Business Unit Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for our business unit, overseeing a number of critical areas:Advanced processing facilities including autoclave and robotics systemsTransport and logistics operationsCustomer service excellenceEngage team of managers, operational staff & key stakeholdersAccountable for the overall profitability of the business unit
What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or Engineering or equivalent experience10+ years of operational management experienceStrong track record in regulated industriesDemonstarted excellence in team leadership, engagement and developmentProven success in initiating and driving operational efficienciesSuperior budgeting and P/L management
