SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Travel Specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the business travel process for SOFTSWISS employees, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and employee-oriented travel experience across the company.
Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, transfers, and coordinating activities.
Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, and legal forms.
Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
Maintaining relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines. Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
Creating, optimising, and monitoring corporate travel policies.
Analysing and preparing reports on travel spend.
Interaction with other teams (Legal team, Marketing, HR department).
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience or similar role. In-depth knowledge of the full-cycle business travel process.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Ability to think and act strategically.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners. Acknowledged and proven verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised.
Ability to work in multitasking settings
Higher education
Fluent Russian (spoken and written) will be a plus.
