THIS IS NISSAN

We are currently looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. V-Up Specialist focused on the planning, execution, and deployment of project management and continuous improvement across NMEX and subsidiaries. The position plays an active role in corporate transformation events, contributing to the effective execution and governance of Business Transformation activities.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of new project management, innovation, and continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of training programs in V-Up and other methodologies for NMEX and subsidiaries.
  • V-Up Office planning, follow-up, and record keeping. Reporting for Regional and Global V-Up.
  • Governance of the V-Up certification program for all NMEX and subsidiaries’ employees, as well as managing the “Train the Trainers” program.
  • Helps NMEX employees to develop project management and critical problem-solving skills by playing as advisor.
  • Act as a facilitator/V-Pilot in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, projects and people management, problem solving, and initiatives that impact NMEX M&S functions.
  • Transformation Committee recording secretary, Project planning, follow up, and record keeping for Transformation Projects.
  • Support in administrative tasks such as purchasing processes, workshops design, data analysis, and executive presentations.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Business Transformation initiatives and corporate events related to strategic programs.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience on projects execution.
  • Language: English fluent (writing, reading, and speaking)
  • Computer Skills: Office, Project, Minitab (nice to have)
  • Certifications: Six-Sigma certification or similar (nice to have)
  • Competencies: Effective communication | Coaching & teaching | Leadership |Problem-Solving
