The Business Transformation Leader will support initiatives focused on understanding current state business processes, systems, and ways of working; identifying improvement opportunities; and helping design future state solutions to support the transformation of the Wind Services business. This role will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to gather requirements, document workflows, support solution design, and help ensure business needs are translated into practical, scalable outcomes across business processes and enabling technologies, including Salesforce Field Service and other related systems.
We are looking to hire 4 Business Transformation Leaders, and in addition to above outlined responsibilities, these roles will each include one of the below functions:
1. Analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve processes and reporting in support of future state design and ongoing business performance.
2. Data and reporting strategy, helping define KPI, dashboard, and reporting needs that improve business visibility and support future state operations.
3. Training, communication, and stakeholder readiness to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
4. Ensuring learning, readiness, and implementation support for AI-related capabilities that enable new ways of working and support business transformation objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to document current state processes, pain points, business rules, systems interactions, and operational needs.
Support future state process and solution design aligned to business objectives and transformation goals.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements and build shared understanding across stakeholders.
Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, features, user stories, decision logs, and related project artifacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization, simplification, and improvement.
Support testing, implementation, and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Support learning and adoption activities related to AI-enabled tools, capabilities, and process changes.
Help identify opportunities to embed AI-related capabilities into business processes and ways of working.
Develop supporting materials, guidance, and communications to promote understanding and effective use of AI-related capabilities.
Partner with stakeholders to assess readiness, adoption needs, and implementation considerations for AI-related capabilities.
Support implementation activities that help integrate AI-related capabilities into future state processes and business operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or 6 years Wind Services knowledge and experience.
8+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation, process improvement, operations, systems implementation, or related initiatives.
Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and process changes across cross-functional teams on projects of moderate to high complexity.
Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, or requirements sessions with multiple business and technical partners.
