Greenvolt is looking for a Business Transformation Associate who supports the organization’s transformation agenda by enabling structured execution, coordination, and visibility across initiatives.
This role focuses on organizing priorities, translating business needs into actionable inputs, and supporting operational scalability through governance, tracking, and transparency. You will work closely with Business and IT teams to structure initiatives, align stakeholders, and improve execution visibility across transformation efforts. This role acts as an enabler of change, supporting adoption and consistency within established frameworks.
Requirements
In this role, you will ensure visibility over transformation initiatives, supporting their tracking, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with business teams to identify needs and opportunities, translate them into structured requirements, and align with IT to support delivery.
You will also contribute to the implementation of initiatives, monitor progress, and support governance, documentation, and reporting. Additionally, you will help structure performance metrics, maintain key dashboards, and promote consistent ways of working, tools, and frameworks across the organization.
