Job Description

Business Trainer, Learning Solutions:

-Work as a presenter/host to create digital and live seminar based training content and deliver
-Plan and Lead projects with a team of cross functional employees to provide an excellent training experience.
-This position is to support the learning system providing contents for the trainees' sustainable business growth working with Corporate and APAC team as well as internal and external stakeholders.
-Responsible for planning and delivering tailor-made training in-line with company needs & co-work with the account manager
-Working with Account Manager to ensure that training needs are met and that the salespeople's performance is enhanced
-Delivering training contents, company/product information at Company Sponsored meeting and seminars
-Presenting at Instructor-led events
-Prepares self, materials, and facilities to effectively deliver the training program in a way that meets the salespeople's needs.
-Ensures that training delivery methods and materials reflect latest specifications and to obtain information on new processes and equipment, as necessary.
-Manages and adjusts the learning experience to ensure salespeople achieve the training's objectives.
