👀 What We’re Looking For

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Confident dealing with the public (face-to-face & phone)
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn new systems (basic computer skills required)
• Automotive experience is a bonus — but not essential!

👩‍💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
• Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs
• Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
• Managing job cards, iPads, and daily bookings
• General administration, data entry, and email correspondence
• Reception duties and office housekeeping
• Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times
