About the role

AGA has partnered with a major financial institution with over 160 years' experience within the industry and they are on the hunt for an ambitious trainee to join their service team in a 12- month Business Traineeship

This role will see the successful trainees working Monday to Friday within their branch located in Wonthaggi, while completing a Certificate III in Business

You will be mentored by industry professionals and be provided hands-on experience in a professional banking environment that will see you gain knowledge in diverse functions.

What you will be doing

• Delivering great customer service and supporting client transactions
• Educating customers on digital banking solutions and upselling services
• Assisting with administration and general branch duties
• Maintaining confidentiality of client information
