The Accounting Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of accounting through meticulous administrative and clerical support. This role demonstrates dependability in handling tasks, a caring attitude towards team collaboration, a proactive approach to improving processes, and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and solve challenges, all contributing to the operational success of the company.​

About the Job

  • As a Collections Specialist, you will proactively contact customers to remind them of outstanding invoices and support the timely collection of payments while maintaining positive client relationships.

About You

  • Minimum secondary-level professional qualification in a relevant field;
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Confident, active German and English language skills (at least intermediate level);
  • Analytical mindset;
  • At least user-level Excel knowledge;
  • Ability to handle stress during closing periods;
  • Precise and independent working style.
