Success requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility in a fast-changing environment, and the ability to build strong partnerships across business and technical teams globally.
What You'll Do
• 3–8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Project Management, or similar roles.• Previous hands-on technical experience as a software developer, systems engineer, infrastructure engineer, business systems analyst, or similar technical role is highly preferred.• Strong technical curiosity with the desire to understand applications, infrastructure, business processes, and system dependencies.• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Ability to think strategically while remaining focused on operational execution.• Experience supporting infrastructure, deployment, hardware lifecycle, data center, cloud, or enterprise technology initiatives is a plus.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting business-critical technology.• Ability to think on your feet and make critical decisions during high pressure moments.• Working knowledge of enterprise technology, including infrastructure, hardware, networking, software development lifecycle, databases, and enterprise applications.• Familiarity with SQL or MySQL for basic data analysis or validation.• Understanding of software development processes and technology concepts, even if no longer actively developing software.• Experience using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery and operational efficiency is a plus
