As Business Tech Manager – Portfolio & Transformation, you play a key role in leading, coordinating, and developing Kappahl Group’s project portfolio within the Business Tech area.
You ensure that initiatives are prioritized, executed efficiently, and deliver measurable business value – always aligned with the business plan, Kappahl Group goals, strategies, and governing principles.
The role combines strategic direction with operational execution and requires close collaboration with both business and IT functions.

• Own and develop the project and initiative portfolio within Business Tech
• Lead a team of project managers, process-, release-, transformation- and test leads
• Ensure prioritization, coordination, and follow-up of projects and transformation initiatives
• Drive the development of ways of working, processes, and governance within project and transformation areas
• Plan and secure the right competencies and resources across initiatives
• Lead and coordinate projects, steering groups, and cross-functional forums
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
You are also an important part of the Business Tech management team, contributing to our strategic agenda and long-term development.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a strong business mindset and solid IT understanding. You are used to operating in complex environments and thrive in balancing strategy with execution.
We are seeking you who:
• Have a relevant university degree within IT, business development, project management, or similar
• Several years of experience from leadership roles within IT, transformation, or business development
• Have the ability to translate business needs into effective technology-driven solutions, preferably within retail
We also see that you have experience in:
• Project and change management
• Strategy and business development
• Portfolio and resource planning
• Supplier management and procurement
