What you’ll do:

  • Lead the delivery of comprehensive taxadvisory, planning, andcomplianceservices foriconicprivate businesses

  • Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies including succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring to support their business growth and wealth preservation.

  • Manage client relationships through proactive communication,identifyingopportunities foradditionalservices, and guiding clients through ATO reviews or audits.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to their professional development.

Whatwe’relooking for:

  • Proven experience inprivate businesstaxadvisoryand compliance, with strong knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to analyse complex financial and tax issues, providing clear, strategic advice to clients across multiple industries.

  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships andidentifyopportunities to add value.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities, seeking support when needed and delegated whereappropriate

  • A collaborative leader who can mentor and develop junior staff while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
