As our Business Systems & Support Officer, you’ll be the friendly expert who helps our Housing and Asset Management teams get the most out of the systems they use every day.
You’ll make sure our tools are reliable, easy to use, and designed around real-world needs.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll connect with staff, spot opportunities for improvement and help shape better ways of working.

A Day in the Life: Business Systems & Support Officer at Believe Housing Australia
Start your day by reviewing CX issue tickets and reach out to staff to understand their CX enquiries, working through how to resolve them.
Troubleshoot quick fixes where possible and dig deeper into more complex challenges to uncover lasting solutions.
Work with internal IT teams regarding requirements for our system and ongoing needs. Liaise with our vendor to resolve technical issues and to continue shaping the system to meet our business needs.
You’ll collaborate with the Business Improvements team to enhance the working experience for the entire Believe Housing team.
By enabling smoother workflows and more efficient tools, you’ll empower frontline teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused support to those in our community who need it most.
