Are you a detail-driven retail professional with a strong systems mindset and a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Business System Support Specialist to play a critical role in enabling store success through hands-on technical support, data accuracy and operational guidance.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the first line of support across store systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations, accurate reporting and empowered store teams.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (essential)
1–3 years’ store systems experience essential
Previous experience in an administrative or support role
Exposure to inventory management
SAP RE modules experience is essential

Effective planning and organisational skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities
Systems & Technical Support
Provide telephonic and online SAP support to store users
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related queries efficiently
Act as the go-to expert for store applications and processes
In-Store Enablement & Coaching
Deliver on-the-ground support, coaching and guidance to store teams
Build capability to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes
Stock & Inventory Management
Support stock take preparation, execution and reporting
Assist with inventory-related processes including receiving, roster orders and reconciliations
Ensure timely resolution of inventory queries
Reporting & Data Insights
Generate and analyse operational reports
Identify trends, highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions
Deliver accurate, timely and actionable insights to support decision-making
Administration & Data Integrity
Resolve administrative queries and provide practical solutions
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity
Liaise with the Data Management team to resolve data-related issues
Store Support (new and closures)
Assist with new store openings, ensuring systems and processes are correctly implemented from day one
Provide systems support during store closures
