The Opportunity

This is a global role based in Bogota (Colombia).
The Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise level analytics and dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights for business and leadership decision making. Standardize and optimize analytics delivery, this position will help improve visibility, operational efficiency, and confidence in business performance metrics

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights aligned with business objectives

• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency across sources

• Partner with business units to develop a deep understanding of business processes, KPIs, and decision‑making needs

• Translate business questions into data models, calculations, and visualizations that are accurate, scalable, and performant

• Develop and maintain documentation for data models, calculations, report logic, and refresh processes

• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) support, validating data outputs against business expectations and source systems

• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, security, and scalability, including row‑level security (RLS) where required

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing dashboards, resolving issues and implementing change requests

• Collaborate across IT and business teams to ensure alignment between analytics strategy and business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree

• Overall 5+ years in PBI development

• Expertise in data modeling and semantic layer design, including star schema, performance optimization, and large datasets
