Telework: Partial Hybridtelework, upon management approval, after completion of probation period. All telework must be performed in the State of Maine.

This position is of a managerial nature in directing and overseeing the analysis and design of business procedures for complex revenue service processing operations, their transition to digital processing, and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing all facets of the systems project life cycle; directing teams/units; establishing effective security controls, quality standards, business requirements, protocols, operational needs, and resource priorities; overseeing complex projects; assessing risk factors; and supervising professional and clerical employees.
Work is performed under limited supervision.
REPRESENTATIVE TASKS:
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in managing safeguarding operations; business continuity, disaster recovery and policy planning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An eight (8) year combination of education, training, and/or progressively responsible professional experience in project management, systems analysis, business analysis, or related field that demonstrates a thorough knowledge of systems improvement and project management concepts and the ability to develop and implement business plans. Experience must include at least two (2) years supervising teams and/or units.
