About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Business Systems & Integration Developer to help design, develop, and support business applications, automated processes, system integrations, and reporting solutions.

The role will focus on the Microsoft technology stack, particularly SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Power BI. It will also involve developing and maintaining integrations with Oracle NetSuite and supporting selected AWS services.

The successful candidate will be technically capable, comfortable working with business stakeholders, and interested in learning how processes operate within finance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business processes using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft products.
• Configure SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, permissions, metadata, and workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with Oracle NetSuite and other business systems.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data models.
• Assist with data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and quality management.
• Support AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Assist with application deployments, source control, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation, process guides, and support procedures.
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, privacy, access-control, and change-management practices.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for existing applications and integrations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Two to five years of experience in business systems development, software development, systems integration, or a similar role.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.
• Understanding of SQL, databases, and data-management principles.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3 and EC2.
• Experience with source control, preferably Git.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience integrating with Oracle NetSuite or another ERP platform.
• Understanding of NetSuite web services, SuiteTalk, saved searches, workflows, or SuiteScript.
• Experience within wealth management, accounting, financial advice, or financial services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Python.
