Role Overview

As a Business Systems Developer II, you will develop, integrate, and support solutions across Salesforce and the broader Business Systems environment. You will build Salesforce applications, integrations, extensions, and customizations while troubleshooting production issues and supporting the systems and processes used across the organization. Working with business and technical stakeholders, you will help translate requirements into effective technical solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and support evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in .NET software development, software automation, Salesforce development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Visualforce.
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to independently contribute within a fast-paced, collaborative technical environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate ideas, and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to independently learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.
  • Understanding of software development best practices and established departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
