Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Facilitate communication between IT and business teams.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare and present project reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business systems analysis.
Proven experience as a project manager in a technical environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with ERP systems and business process analysis.
