CGS is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our business operations, getting trained on our software systems, and working closely with staff to optimize our software usage. Your primary goal will be to improve our operations, enhance customer service, and drive profitability by leveraging our existing software to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the intricacies of our black car transportation business.

Get trained on all current software systems used within the company.

Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and challenges.

Identify areas where software can be better utilized to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Train staff on best practices and new features of the software to enhance their productivity.

Work with vendors and IT teams to customize software solutions when necessary.

Develop and implement business process improvements to streamline operations.

Monitor the impact of software optimization on operations, customer service, and profitability.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong background in business systems analysis, process improvement, or a related field.

Excellent understanding of various software systems and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or software implementation.
