We are seeking a mid-level Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to define, document, and validate requirements for internal business tools developed by our software engineering teams. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and engineers to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and to support delivery through UAT and quality assurance.
As AI-assisted development becomes a standard part of the software lifecycle, the BSA will help ensure requirements are clear, structured, and reliable for use by both human engineers and AI-enabled development tools.
