Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Print Services team and play a key role in the modernization of our systems, processes, and vendor partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting business needs with technology, managing multiple priorities, and helping teams turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

We’re open to hiring at the Business Systems Analyst II or III level, depending on your experience and expertise.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Business Systems Analyst II: $59,800 - $76,180, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Business Systems Analyst III: $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Analyze and improve business processes. Gather and analyze requirements, assess impacts across people, processes, systems, and operations, and develop recommendations that support business objectives and continuous improvement.
  • Support modernization and technical projects. Help manage the team’s backlog, coordinate project activities, support migration efforts, and use Agile practices to prioritize work, facilitate decision-making, and keep teams aligned on goals and outcomes.
  • Partner with technology, business stakeholders, and vendors. Build strong relationships, coordinate vendor requests, communicate effectively across teams, and represent Enterprise Print Services with internal and external partners.
  • Plan and execute testing. Create test plans and scripts and perform manual or automated testing for enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance to ensure business, technical, and functional requirements are met.
  • Drive successful implementation and adoption. Develop communications and training materials, provide information for cost-benefit analysis, and support the implementation of solutions that improve business operations and the customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Business analysis experience. Experience using business analysis techniques to understand business and technical needs, analyze workflows, solve problems, and develop practical solutions. Experience with process improvement or operational excellence is a plus.
  • Project and Agile experience. Experience coordinating projects or initiatives and organizing work to meet deadlines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Workfront, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and information, identify opportunities, assess potential impacts, and make thoughtful decisions with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to effectively communicate with and influence a variety of stakeholders, including business partners, technology teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Adaptability and technical curiosity. Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment while developing knowledge of business systems, tools, processes, and methodologies. Experience with enterprise print services, print production, or print operations is a plus, as is knowledge of insurance industry operations.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
