Join Jefferson County Human Resources in Birmingham, Alabama, as a Business Systems Analyst and play a key role in supporting the technology and systems that keep HR operations running. In this position, you will serve as a link between HR, County departments, and technology, helping improve processes, troubleshoot system issues, analyze data, create reports, and support the County’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Business Systems Analysts help administer and maintain HR systems, troubleshoot system and data issues, and identify solutions that improve functionality for users. The position also supports data transfers to external partners, processes personnel actions, reviews and resolves system errors, and evaluates requests for system changes. Analysts create reports, templates, and databases used to support HR operations, organizational analysis, and decision-making.
This position is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and work is performed onsite within the Jefferson County Human Resources Department. There are no supervisory responsibilities.
