Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions. This individual partners with stakeholders across business units and IT to analyze complex systems, define requirements, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that align with enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex system initiativesTranslate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with teams to deliver system enhancementsAnalyze existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalabilityFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demosWork with data teams to support reporting, data validation, and system integration effortsEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications

Strong experience with enterprise systems and integrationsProficiency in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similarExperience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)Strong understanding of Agile methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or insurance industryFamiliarity with cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365)Experience with ERP or portfolio management systems (e.g., Planview)Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows

The expected salary range for this role is USD $76,600.00 - USD $100,000.00 Yr.
