The Office of Student Information (OSI) is excited to announce an opening for a Business Systems Analyst II position. This position is focused on the entire Workday Student ecosystem related to the responsibilities of the Financials team, including responsibilities related to the Office of Student Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable and Finance. The successful candidate will analyze and execute work with a cross-functional lens to ensure configuration has considered all possible down-stream and cross-stream impacts.
Key responsibilities include:
Assists with the collection, analysis, testing and documentation of data to support student business operations and configuration.
Performs the configuration of Workday to support the success of all stakeholder units.
Performs support ticket resolution or escalation as needed. Executes continuous improvement efforts regarding policies and procedures, communication plans, and new processes to support stakeholder area success.
Additional information: Hybrid work environment with remote and on campus duties. Core hours are M-F 8am-5pm with the option of 7:30am-4pm with appropriate coverage.
We are looking for candidates that have a problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset with related experience in customer service, business systems analysis or related work (software development, network diagnostics, or solution design as examples) to show the execution of those skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant professional certificate
Student information system implementation or support experience; preferably Workday Student
Project management experience
Experience with business systems analysis or related work (software development, network diagnostics, solution design)
Previous experience in a Financial Aid, Registrar's, or Bursar's office
Demonstrated ability to engage internal and external stakeholders in a technical capacity
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
